The learned APP for the State submits that, during the pendency of the present application, the charge-sheet is filed against the accused.

On the basis of statement made by the learned APP, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file anticipatory bail application afresh before Sessions Court.

He prays that, the interim relief granted vide order dated 17/02/2026 be continued for a period of two weeks.

Considering the submissions made, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file anticipatory bail application afresh before the Sessions Court.

The interim order dated 17/02/2026 shall remain in force for a period of one week from today.
