At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the FIR No.120/2025 registered with Police Station, Umarkhed, District Yavatmal, is requested to be quashed by preferring an application bearing Criminal Application (APL) No.948/2026 before this Court. He further submitted that the parties have already settled the matter amicably and vide order dated 27.04.2026. Coordinate Bench of this Court, has kept the matter on 05.05.2026 for further consideration. He submitted that the parties would remain present before the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court for giving the consent for quashing of first information report.

In that view of the matter, the following order is passed:

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.120/2025 registered with Police Station, Umarkhed,

12 aba135.26.odt District Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 189(2), 189(4), 190, 191(2), 191(3), applicant - Nazirkha Ahamadkha Pathan shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of 25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five ₹ only] with one solvent surety in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called by the investigating officer. (iv) The applicant shall cooperate with the investigating agency and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses directly or indirectly.

(v) The applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of this Court.
