The learned APP waives service of notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 43/2026 registered with Police Station Umerkhed, Dist. Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 121 and 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is contented by the learned counsel for the applicant that the complainant is senior to the applicant. When the complainant assaulted the applicant, the RR Jaiswal
2 48-aba-137-26.odt applicant pushed the complainant due to which, he fell down and sustained injury.

It appears that the applicant and the complainant are working in the same Department. The applicant is field technician appointed by Pratap Technokarts Art Pvt. Ltd. who got the tender for providing workers to the Department.

The case-diary is required for scrutinized the facts which is not available at present. Considering the fact that the applicant and the complainant are working in the same Department, a case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection to the applicant. Hence, the following order:- i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest applicant- Santosh Shalikram Kadam shall be released on bail on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No. 43/2026 registered with Police Station Umerkhed, Dist. Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 121 and 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
ii) The applicant shall appear before the concerned Police Station between 10:00 am to 12 noon on 24th, 26th February, 2026 and 5th and 6th March, 2026 and shall co-operate in the investigation.
