The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.53/2026 registered with Police Station, Shegaon, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

The contention of the applicant is that he was not present on the spot. Unknown persons assaulted the victim and the applicant has been falsely implicated in the crime. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 16.03.2026.

Ms Sapkal, learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the non-applicant/State and prays for time to file reply.

A detailed scrutiny of the case diary is necessary, which is not available at present. Considering the

44 aba139.26.odt submissions, in the meanwhile, the applicant can be granted ad interim protection. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.53/2026 registered with Police Station, Shegaon, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant - Dipak Shankarlal Pawar be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Friday for the next three weeks between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and cooperate with the investigating authority.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses. (M.W. Chandwani, J.) Wagh
