This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No. 590 of 2025 registered at Kashigaon Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 115(2), 351(2), 352 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

On 10.02.2026 this Court passed the following order : 1/3

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant No.5 has videorecorded the alleged incident. It is submitted that false allegations are made in respect of alleged assault. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are ready and willing to hand over the said video clip to the Investigating Officer.

List the application on 23.02.2026.

The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on 12.02.2026 and 13.02.2026 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and shall cooperate in the investigation. 4.

The applicants shall hand over the video clip to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall examine the video clip and shall submit appropriate report in that respect on next date.

Till the next date, the applicants shall not be arrested.

The learned APP on instructions from the investigating officer, submits that, in terms of the above order, the applicants have handed over the video clip to the investigating officer. It is submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not 2/3

necessary.

In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail. In the result, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

a) The Application is allowed.

b) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 590 of 2025 registered at Kashigaon Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 115(2), 351(2), 352 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

c) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer and shall co-operate in the investigation.
