Heard Mr. S. I. Gatte, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 42/2026 registered with Police Station, Jalgaon-Jamod, Dist. Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 75, 333, 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The contention is that the complaint lodged against the applicant is a counter blast to the complaint lodged by the wife of the applicant against the complainant's husband for the similar offence. According to the learned counsel, a false complaint has been lodged alleging that the applicant entered the house of the complainant and outraged her modesty. There is an old dispute between the family of the applicant and the family of the complainant.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of the non-applicant no.1 /State.

Considering the submission that the FIR lodged in the present case is a counter blast as well as the fact that the case diary is not available for perusal at present, a case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection to the applicant.

Pending the application, in the event of arrest of applicant - Parmeshwar Ramrao Hatole in connection with Crime No. 42/2026 registered with Police Station, Jalgaon-Jamod, Dist. Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 75, 333, 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 24th, 26th Feb., 4th and 5th March, 2026 between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm and cooperate with the investigation.

The applicant shall not indulge in pressurizing the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
