The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.1010/2025 registered with Police Station, Frezarpura, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 64(2)(m), 69, 351(2) and 115
(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The contention of the applicant is that there was a love relationship between the applicant and the prosecutrix and there was consensual physical relationship between them. The applicant is a probationary police constable and there is no allegation of forcible rape against the applicant. 3.
Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 16.03.2026.

Learned APP is directed to intimate non-applicant no.2 about pendency of the present application. 6.
Considering the submissions and the nature of allegations, perusal of case diary is necessary, which is not available at present. In the meanwhile, the applicant can be granted ad interim protection. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.1010/2025 registered with Police Station, Frezarpura, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 64(2)(m), 69, 351(2) and 115
(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant - Ganesh Ramsing Jambekar be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Friday and Tuesday for next three weeks between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and cooperate with the investigating authority.
(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses. (M.W. Chandwani, J.) Wagh
