This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.
Learned APP for the respondent/State, on instructions, submits that on 17th January 2026 the offences under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 came to be added in the present crime.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an appeal.
