The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 131/2026, registered with Police Station Gadgenagar, Amravati, for the offences punishable under Sections 74,76,78,79,115(2),140(1), 351(3) and 296 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 13.3.2026.

Learned APP waives notice on behalf of non-applicant/State.

It is contended that there was love affair between the applicant and the victim. The victim is major and there is no allegation of sexual intercourse. Scrutiny of case diary is required, which is not available with the court for perusal. Considering the submissions, a case for ad interim relief is made out. Hence, following order:
54aba159.2026..odt i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 131/2026, registered with Police Station Gadgenagar, Amravati, for the offences punishable under Sections 74,76,78,79,115(2),140(1), 351(3) and 296 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, applicant Kiran s/o Kamlesh Shevane be released on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday and Friday, between 10.00 to 12.00 hrs., for three weeks.
iii) The applicant shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the prosecution evidence. JUDGE Belkhede
