All these three applications are filed by the same applicant who has been named as an accused in three different crimes registered with Police Station, Anjangaon Surji, District Amravati with similar allegations of theft. All the three offences are registered within a span of one month and therefore, they are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the non-applicant/State. Perused the case diaries. 3.
The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with the following offences registered with Police Station, Anjangaon Surji, District Amravati.

The complainant in ABA No.164/2026 alleges that on 28.10.2025 when he returned after visiting the house of his relatives at 8.30 pm, his sister noticed that the iron almirah in their house is open and the lock is broken. When the complainant started searching around his house to find the culprit, he saw an unknown man sleeping on his terrace. When he tried to approach the man, he ran away. Thereafter, the complainant searched for cash, gold and silver ornaments that were kept in his house and noticed that cash, gold and silver ornament valued at 1,13,500/- were missing from his house. Similarly, the complainant in ABA No.166/2026 alleges that on 11.09.2025 at 5.30 pm he
alongwith his wife left for Paratwada to pick-up their daughter from a relative's house. On 12.09.2025, at about 7.00 pm, when he returned from Paratwada, he found that the lock of the main door is broken and someone has committed theft at his house. When the complainant enquired with his neighbours, he found that the house of one of his neighbours namely Irfan Khan Inayat Khan has also been broken into and cash worth 2,500/- has been stolen from his kirana shop. A total of items and cash worth 73,500/- went missing from the house of the complainant as well as his neighbour. Likewise, the complainant in ABA No.167/2026 alleges that on 19.10.2025, the complainant visited his relatives alongwith his family for an engagement ceremony at Akola. On 20.10.2025,when he returned at 8.00 am in the morning, he saw that the lock of the main door of his house has been broken and someone has committed theft at his house. Items and cash worth 72,000/- went missing from his house as a result of the theft.

Police machinery was put into motion and main accused Juberoddin Kalimoddin and Nuruddin alias Muka Najmoddin came to be arrested. Cash amount of 14,000/- and items worth 1,68,000/- were seized from them. 6.
It appears that the statement of co-accused came to be recorded in Crime No.501/2025 in the presence of the police officers wherein, he has admitted the presence of the
present applicant at the time of commission of the crime. There is no other material against the present applicant. It appears that the investigation is complete and the chargesheet has already been filed. So also, most of the stolen property is already recovered from other accused. 7.
It appears that after getting arrested on production warrant in Crime No.501/2025, the co-accused also admitted to have committed theft of other houses. However, in Crime Nos.517 and 457/2025, there is no material against the present applicant. Even the statement of the co-accused in those crimes does not speak anything with regard to the involvement of the present applicant.

In view of the above and considering the allegations/ material against the present applicant as well as the punishment prescribed for the alleged offences, a case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order is passed:
(i) The criminal applications are allowed and disposed of.
(ii) In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.517/2025, Crime No.457/2025 and Crime No.501/2025 registered with Police Station, Anjangaon Surji, District Amravati, applicant - Azeemoddin Gyasoddin be released on bail on furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of 25,000/- with
one solvent surety in the like amount.
(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Friday and Tuesday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon for the next four weeks and shall cooperate with the investigating officer.

Needless to mention that the observations made above are strictly restricted to deciding these applications for grant of anticipatory bail.
