On the statement made by the learned APP that the chargesheet is filed, the learned counsel for the applicants fairly submits that he will withdraw the applications and file anticipatory bail application afresh before the Sessions Court. He further requests that interim order granted on 5.3.2026 in Criminal Application (ABA) No.170/2026 and order dated 9.2.2026 in Criminal Application (ABA) No.98/2026 be continued for a period of two weeks.

Considering the statement made, the applications are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.
