The learned APP for the State submits that, during the pendency of the present application, the charge-sheet is already filed.

On the basis of statement made by the learned APP, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file the anticipatory bail application afresh before the Sessions Court.

He further prays to continue the interim order dated 06/03/2026 for a period of two weeks.

Considering the statement made, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file the anticipatory bail application afresh before the Sessions Court.

The order granting ad-interim anticipatory bail dated 06/03/2026 shall remain in force till 30/04/2026.
