At the outset, Ms. Newton, learned APP submits that although some of the antecedents are mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application, however there are three antecedents, which are not mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application. One of the antecedent is under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

In view of the said contention raised by Ms. Newton, learned APP, Mr. Dube-Patil, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Dusane
