DATED :- 12.03.2026 The applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.24/2026 with Police Station Janephal, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 167, 420, 465, 466, 468 and 471 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned APP waives service of notice for the non-applicant/State.

The contention is that the allegation of forgery is against the main accused- Vishnu Andhade, the then Secretary of Gram Panchayat Mohana. The Block Development Officer of Panchayat Samiti, Mehkar, has enquired into the matter wherein, it was revealed that RR Jaiswal
2 44-aba-184-26.odt the applicant was not the Sarpanch at the relevant time when the land on which the tower belonging to Jio Company is erected, was transferred by lease. 5.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, perusal of reply of the State as well as the case-diary is necessary, which is not available at present. Considering these aspects, a case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection to the applicant. Hence, the following order:- i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest applicant- Suresh S/o. Jankiram Ade be released on bail on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.24/2026 with Police Station Janephal, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 167, 420, 465, 466, 468 and 471 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
ii) The applicant shall appear before the concerned Police Station between 10:00 am to 12 noon on every Monday and Thursday for the next two weeks and shall co-operate in the investigation.
