The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 354/2024, registered with Police Station Dahihanda, Tah. Akot, District Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 420,468,471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 25.3.2026.

Learned APP waives notice on behalf of the nonapplicant/State. 5.

It appears that the allegation of forging the Sammatipatra of Shri Maruti Sansthan, Taroda is levied against the applicant and other co-accused. It is alleged that the said consent letter was forged just to receive the subsidy amount of Rs. 40, 528/-. However, it appears that the said amount has not been disbursed.

Scrutiny of case the diary is required which is not available today. So also, reply of the State is necessary in this regard. Considering these aspects as well as the fact that the applicant is a lady, she can be granted ad interim protection. Hence, following order is passed:

i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest, in connection with Crime No. 354/2024, registered with Police Station Dahihanda, Tah. Akot, District Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 420,468,471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code applicant Ku. Komal d/o Shrikrishna Sable be released on bail on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Tuesday and Friday, between 10.00 to 12.00 hrs., for two weeks.

iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or threaten the prosecution witnesses and shall cooperate in the investigation.
