Akola) ________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders of directions Court's or Judge's orders.

and Registrar's Orders.

Mr. P.U. Kavishwar, Advocate for applicant.

Ms. M.R. Kavimandan, APP for respondent /State. CORAM : M.W. CHANDWANI, J.

DATE : 01.04.2026.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the non-applicant/State. I have gone through the Case Diary.

2.

The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 354/2024, registered with Police Station Dahihanda, Tah. Akot, District Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 420,468,471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3.

It appears that there are allegations of preparing forged documents to get subsidy of Rs. 40,528/- on agricultural land, against the father and grand-father of the present applicant. The forgery is alleged only because the applicant is a beneficiary and therefore, his name has been implicated in the crime. It further appears that the applicant is a girl aged about 21 years.

It is contended by the learned APP that initially 'C' summary was filed by the police but, it was not accepted by the Court.

5.

The applicant was granted ad interim relief on certain conditions. Accordingly, the applicant has attended the concerned police station and cooperated in the investigation. Considering the nature of allegation against the applicant, coupled with the fact that nothing is required to be seized from her as well as the fact that the applicant is a lady, a case is made out for confirmation of the ad interim order dated 11.3.2026.

6.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. Interim order dated 11.3.2026 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

7.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. JUDGE Belkhede
