The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 276/2025, registered with Police Station, Sonegaon, Dist. Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 1.4.2026. 4.

Learned APP waives notice on behalf of non-applicant/State.

The case of the prosecution is of sale by impersonation. It is submitted that the applicant is the brother of accused No. 3 in whose favour, the sale deed was executed by accused No. 2 Sunil Jivtode.

It appears that the allegation against the present applicant is that he aided accused No. 3 Kunal Yelne by getting the amount

from the account of Sunil Jivtode in the account of the applicant. The applicant submits that his brother i.e. accused No. 3 requested for his bank account details and said that some amount will be received in the same.

Considering the fact that, accused Kunal Yelne is already protected by this Court, coupled with the role assigned to the applicant, a case is made out for grant of ad interim relief. Hence, following order is passed:

i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest of applicant- Kartik Sunil Mankar in connection with Crime No. 276/2025 registered with Police Station, Sonegaon, Dist. Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Friday and Tuesday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon for a period of two weeks and shall cooperate in the investigation.

iii) The applicant shall not indulge in tampering with the prosecution evidence and shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
