The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 57/2025, registered with Police Station, Durgapur, Tal. and Dist Chandrapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3) and 340(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Learned APP waives notice on behalf of non-applicant/State.

The submission is that the name of the applicant has surfaced only in the statement of the co-accused. The applicant is alleged to have supplied forged documents. It is submitted that the offence alleged is punishable upto 7 years. 6.
Considering the submissions, scrutiny of the case diary is
51aba203.2026...odt necessary which is not available today. So also, since there is no reply filed by the State, at this stage, a case is made out for grant of ad interim relief. Hence, following order is passed: i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest of applicant- Mohammad Parvez Mohammad Mazrul Haque, in connection with Crime No. 57/2025, registered with Police Station, Durgapur, Tal. and Dist Chandrapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3) and 340(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Friday and Tuesday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon for a period of two weeks and shall cooperate in the investigation.
iii) The applicant shall not indulge in tampering with the prosecution evidence and shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
