At the outset, Ms. Newton, learned APP, for the Respondent-State of Maharashtra, submits that although one antecedent has been mentioned, certain other antecedents are not mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application. One of the Victim i.e. Shailesh Margade has also submitted a chart of the antecedents, some of which are not mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application. 2.

In view of the above contentions, Mr. Kakade, learned Counsel along with Ms. Nevshe, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving particulars of all the criminal antecedents.
