The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since, chargesheet is filed, which is brought to the notice of this Court by learned APP, he be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh before the Sessions Court. He further states that the ad-interim anticipatory bail granted to him vide order dated 18.3.2026 be continued for a period of one week.

In view of the statement made, the application is allowed to be withdrawn.

The interim order dated 18.3.2026 shall remain in force till 27.4.2026.

Needless to mention that, the application was not heard on merit.
