The learned APP for the State has submitted that, during the pendency of the present application, the charge-sheet is filed. Relying upon the statement made by the learned APP, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court.

The record shows that, this Court vide order dated 24/03/2026 has granted ad-interim bail to the applicant, which order still is in force. Considering that aspect, following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

II) Interim order dated 24/03/2026 shall remain in operation till 27/04/2026.
