At the outset, Ms. Mulekar, learned APP states that there is one antecedent, which is not mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of said contention raised by Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, Mr. Gupta, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving details of antecedents. 3.
