The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.0582/2025 registered with Police Station Khadan, Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 311, 128(c), 351(2), 111(1), (2), 2(b), 3(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.
Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 06-04-2026.

Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the State and prays for time to file reply.

The contention is that the other co-accused have already been released on bail.
The chargesheet has already been filed. The dispute was in respect of refunding the amount of purchase price of snacks which was being sold by the complainant. On this count, the alleged quarrel took place.

Considering the submissions, more particularly the reason why the quarrel took place, a case is made out for ad-interim protection. Hence, the following order :
(i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.0582/2025 registered with Police Station Khadan, Akola for the offences punishable under Sections 311, 128(c), 351(2), 111(1), (2), 2(b), 3(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant be released on bail on executing a PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Tuesday and Friday between 10.00 am to 02.00 pm for the next two weeks and cooperate with the investing authority. (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses. (M.W.
