The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.578/2025 registered with Police Station, Beltarodi, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 61, 316, 318 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The contention of the applicant is that the complainant who is the subsequent purchaser of the property alleged that the applicant and his father have sold the plot to one Sau. Sunanda Bhujang Kamble. It is contended that father of the applicant had filed a false affidavit stating that except him and his son, there is no other legal heir and on that basis, a registered sale-deed has been executed in favour of Sau. Sunanda Kamble. 3.
Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 15.04.2026.

Shri Rode, learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the non-applicant and prays for time to file reply. 5.
It appears that the dispute was raised by the sister of the applicant alleging that a civil suit has been filed for partition.

Considering the submissions and the nature of allegations, a detailed scrutiny of the case diary is necessary, which is not available at present. In the meanwhile, the applicant can be granted ad interim protection. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.578/2025 registered with Police Station, Beltarodi, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 61, 316, 318 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant - Roopkumar Bhimrao Kamble @ Kamat be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. ₹ (ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 10th and 11th April 2026 between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and cooperate with the investigating authority. (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses. (M.W. Chandwani, J.) Wagh
