Mr. Parkar, learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged by the sister of the Applicants. He submits that the F.I.R. is filed concerning the ancestral property. He submits that the parties have decided to settle the dispute and ultimately a proceeding will be filed seeking quashing of F.I.R. 2.

Mr. Kasle, learned Counsel appears for Respondent Nos.2 to 4 i.e. sisters of the Applicants confirms the said statement. 3.

Both learned Counsel seek time.
