This matter was listed yesterday. In the 1st half, the instructed counsel appeared and handed over the Pursis which was regarding discharge of the counsel. Considering the fact that she was a young lawyer, it was suggested that she should file an appropriate application and the matter was kept at 2.30 p.m. 3.

At 2.30 p.m., different lady lawyer appeared. She was asked to inform the counsel to appear and the matter was kept at 4.30 p.m. yesterday.

At 4.30 p.m., none appeared for the applicant, therefore, the matter was fixed high on board, today. 5.

Today also, the learned counsel for applicant orally submitted that he be discharged from appearing for the applicant. No application to that effect has been filed. Such attitude cannot be tolerated. The learned counsel for the

2 1aba243.2026..odt applicant is directed to deposit costs of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to be deposited with High Court Bar Association, Nagpur, within one week from today.
