The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 14/2026, registered with Police Station Telhara, Dist. Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(2) 336(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 27.4.2026.

Learned APP waives notice on behalf of non-applicant/State.

The contention of the learned counsel for applicant is that the applicant has started an E-bike business. For getting E-bike, token number and booking number is given. When the total number of bookings reaches to the number equivalent to the token number, the customer gets the E-bike. The token number of the complainant is 92, whereas the total booking of e-bike was only to the extent of number 60, but the complainant, without

62aba255.2026..odt waiting for the token number to reach 92, lodged a false complaint that he was not allotted E-bike.

Considering the submission, detailed scrutiny of the case diary is necessary, which is not available today. Therefore, a case is made out for grant of ad interim relief. Hence, the following order:

i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 14/2026, registered with Police Station Telhara, Dist. Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(2) 336(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, applicant Sumit s/o Nareshappa Gambhire be released on bail on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station every Friday and Tuesday, between 10.00 to 12.00 hrs., for three weeks.

iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or threaten the prosecution witnesses and shall cooperate in the investigation.
