The applicant, who is original accused no.1, has approached this court praying for anticipatory bail on second occasion.

The first information report was registered against the present applicant and one more accused with Police Station Sitabuldi, District-Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and 143(2) and 143(3) of the Bhartiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier also she has approached this court by preferring Criminal Application (ABA) No.674/2025 and this court has disposed of the anticipatory bail application as withdrawn, since the court was not inclined to grant bail, after hearing the parties and perusal of the record.

According to the learned counsel for the applicant only change in circumstances is that the applicant has now received the appointment order dated 1.9.2025.

It is necessary to mention here that earlier bail application was rejected on 7.11.2025, whereas the communication, which is sought to be relied upon, is 8.9.2025. The earlier bail application was allowed to be withdrawn after hearing the parties at length since court had shown disinclination.
