By these applications, the applicants are seeking adinterim bail in Crime No.122/2026, registered with Police Station Ajni, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 115(2), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 296, 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

In short, the case of the prosecution is that on 14.03.2026 at about 6.40 p.m. near Tajbaba Maszid the complainant along with friends had gone to offer Namaz and thereafter when returning, a quarrel was took place between the complainant and the accused persons. It is alleged that all accused persons formed an unlawful assembly, abused and assaulted the complainant and his companions. It is further alleged that some of the accused persons brought weapons like sword and sattur and caused injuries to the complainant and other and extended threats to kill them. On the basis of this allegation, the offence came to be registered against the present applicants. 4.
The applicants have pointed out the order passed by this Court dated 08.04.2026. This Court after considering the entire submission of the parties, granted ad-interim bail on certain conditions. As per one of the conditions, the applicants were directed to attend the concerned Police Station from 13th to 16th May, 2026. Accordingly, applicants attended the Police Station and extended full cooperation in the investigation.

Today, when these matters are taken up for final hearing, it is found that the present applicants have attended the concerned police station and provided full cooperation in the investigation. This fact is not disputed by learned APP in the matter. As such, it can be concluded that at present, custody of the applicants is not necessary for
further enquiry in the matter.

In view of this, for the reasons stated in the order dated 08.04.2026, while granting the ad-interim anticipatory bail, is hereby confirmed and on the same conditions, present applications are allowed. 7.
It is made clear that as the applicants attended the police station from 13.05.2026 to 16.05.2026, the regular attendance of applicants would not be necessary. However, applicants are directed to attend the police station as and when directed by the investigating officer, till filing of charge-sheet in the matter.

The Criminal Applications are disposed of accordingly.
