The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R.No.340 of 2025 registered withBharti Vidyapeeth Police Station, Pune City, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(5) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita 2023.

It is prosecution's case that Applicant took the amount from the first informant and other victims by assuring that he will provide government job to them in police department. 3.
It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has received Rs.3,00,000/- only and out of which Rs.1,00,000/- is returned to the first informant. Considering the allegations against him,

It is contention of learned APP that the applicant duped the poor youngsters who aspiring to get government job by falsely assuring them that he will provide government job and obtained the amount from them. Applicant has admitted about taking the amount from the first informant. There are other victims also. Investigation is in progress. Considering the allegations against the applicant, his custodial interrogation is required. Hence, requested to reject the application. 5.
I have heard both learned counsel, perused the FIR and the documents produced on record. The applicant has duped the first informant and other victims assuring of providing government job. Some amount was transferred to the bank account of the applicant and some amount is paid in cash. Investigation is in progress. 6.
Considering the allegations against the Applicant, his custodial interrogation is required and I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) Anticipatory bail application of the Applicant is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
