Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 07.05.2026.

Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of non-applicant no.1/State.

The applicant are apprehending arrest in connection with crime No. 167/2026 with Police Station, Shegaon City, Dist. Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 75, 78, 333, 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ; Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ; and Sections 3(1)(w)(i), &(ii) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 5.
The contention is that there was a love affair between non-applicant no.2 and the son of the applicants, which was not approved by the parents of non-applicant/ victim. The further contention is that the applicants had been to the house of the complainant to have a talk over
2 29 aba274.26.odt the love affair between their son and the victim. A false FIR has been lodged against the applicants alleging that they abused and threatened her parents.

Considering the submissions and the nature of allegations in the FIR against the applicants, a case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection to the applicants. Hence, the following Order :
i) Pending the application, in the event of arrest of applicants - (1) Hemlata Sanjay Bobade ; and (2) Sanjay Ramnath Bobade in connection with crime No. 167/2026 with Police Station, Shegaon City, Dist. Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 75, 78, 333, 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ; Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ; and Sections 3(1)(w)(i), &(ii) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, they be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one solvent surety each in the like amount.
ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on every Thursday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon for a period of three weeks and shall co-operate in the investigation.
iii) The applicants shall not indulge in tampering with the prosecution evidence or threaten the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
