This is an Application for anticipatory bail. 2.
The Applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.935 of 2025 registered with Kolsewadi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 340(2), 336(3), 336(2), 318(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

I have heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant and Learned APP for the Respondent-State.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the dispute between the parties is purely of a civil nature. It is submitted that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. The consent terms tendered by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the Mugdha
2 17-ABA 277-26 @ IA.doc purpose of identification. It is submitted that the Applicant has paid an amount of Rs.17,00,000/- to the first informant in terms of the consent terms.

Learned APP for the Respondent-State submits that in view of the consent terms, appropriate orders may be passed. 6.
I have perused the FIR. Prima facie the dispute between the parties appears to be of a civil nature. In view of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties, I am inclined to release the Applicant on anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order:-
ORDER
i.
The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. ii.
In the event of the arrest of the Applicant in Crime No.935 of 2025 registered with Kolsewadi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 340(2), 336(3), 336(2), 318(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The Interim Application for intervention does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
