By order dated 07.04.2026, this Court had granted interim relief to the applicant, imposing certain conditions and with a specific direction to appear before the Investigating Officer on 09.04.2026.

The learned APP informs this Court that in terms of the aforesaid order, the applicant remained present before the Investigating Officer on the specific date and thereafter, as and when he was called.

In view of the above and in the light of the observations made by this Court in the order dated 07.04.2026, as also because the applicant has abided by the directions issued by this Court, interim order dated 07.04.2026 is made absolute on the conditions mentioned therein. The applicant shall continue to co-operate with the investigation.
