Apprehending arrest, in connection with Crime No. 144 of 2026 dated 17/02/2026, registered with Police Station Kalmeshwar, Tah. and District Nagpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant who is the accused No. 4 has approached this Court.

In short, it is alleged in FIR that the applicant was associated with Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited and was working on the post of Field Assistant-Trainee. According to the FIR, the applicant collected the amount from the borrowers but did not deposit the same with the said company. It is further alleged that the applicant has defalcated an amount of Rs.52,832/-.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would deposit the amount with the said company on or before 07/05/2026. In view of the undertaking given and considering the allegations made against the present

2 13aba285.2026.odt applicant, I am inclined to protect his liberty till 07/05/2026. Hence, the following order is passed.

ORDER

a] In the event of arrest, in connection with Crime No. 144 of 2026 dated 17/02/2026, registered with Police Station Kalmeshwar, Tah. and District Nagpur, for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant- Shashank s/o Ramnarayan Sahu, be released on ad-interim bail on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

b] The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 06/05/2026 between 03.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m.

c] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or threaten the prosecution witnesses and shall cooperate with the investigation.

d] The applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.
