The learned APP, on instructions, submits that till the decision of the anticipatory bail application filed by the applicants before the Sessions Court, the applicants will not be arrested. 2.
In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present application, which is filed for interim protection during the pendency of the application before the Sessions Court. The present application is accordingly disposed of. 3.
Needless to mention that the applicants shall not seek adjournment before the Sessions Court and the Sessions Court shall decide the matter on its own merits.
