These are applications for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that since the investigating officer is intending to file summary, he be permitted to withdraw the applications. 3.

The investigating officer, who is present in the Court, submits that while forwarding the summary to the learned Magistrate Court enquiry report submitted by the Magistrate regarding death of the accused would also be forwarded.

His statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.
