Learned advocate for the Applicant submits that, at the first instance, an A.D.R. was registered on 11th March, 2026, wherein the statement of the father of the deceased was recorded. The statement of the mother of the deceased came to be recorded on 21st March, 2026 i.e. after a period of 10 days. It is further submitted that after the A.D.R. proceedings, the F.I.R. came to be registered after 53 days. 7.
Learned APP seeks time to take instructions and file a reply. 8.
Learned Advocate Mr. Umesh H. Pawar, newly added for Respondent No.3, also seeks time to take instructions, and file a reply, and place other relevant documents on record. 9.
Learned advocate for the Applicant undertakes to serve a copy application to the other side.

Considering the above submissions, the Applicant shall be protected from arrest till 8th June, 2026.

In the event that a copy of the application is not served or the amendment is not carried out, the interim relief granted herein shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court. 12.
