During course of the hearing, it was pointed out by the learned counsel for applicants that though, the allegations are that they have assaulted by means of weapons or have brought weapons, Injury Certificate was not brought on record. When question was put to learned APP to produce the injury certificate of injured Shahrukh Sheikh, she on instructions of Investigating Officer, informed to the Court that injury certificate is yet not received. 3.
