Since the applicant in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 302/2026 is not protected, and as the learned APP is not disputed that co-accused in the present crime, by name of Gajendra Madhukar Balapure, is already protected by order dated 30/03/2026, in order to protect the liberty, following order is passed.

ORDER

a) Pending application, in the event of arrest, in connection with Crime No.147 of 2026 dated 12/03/2026 registered with Police Station Ural, Division Balapur Akola, District Akola for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the applicant shall be released on bail on

2 28aba302.2026.odt furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

b) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 25th and 26th of April 2026, between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.

c) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses.

e) The applicant shall not leave the India without prior permission of the Court.
