This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.
The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No.1394 of 2025 registered at Dharavi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(3), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.
The allegations against the applicants are of criminal breach of trust and cheating.

Learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the first informant jointly submit that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. The Consent Terms tendered to that effect are taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.

I have perused the first information report. Prima facie, the dispute between the parties appears to be of civil nature. Considering the overall circumstances, I am inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail. In the result, the following order is passed.
ORDER
A) The Application is allowed.
B) In the event of arrest of the applicants in C.R. No.1394 of 2025 registered at Dharavi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(3), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety or two sureties in the like amount. [N.R.BORKAR, J.] Dinesh S. Sherla 2/2
