Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that, subsequent to rejection of his anticipatory bail application, the chargesheet in the matter was filed on 14/04/2026, and since there is a change in circumstances, he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application before the Sessions Court. 3.

In view of the subsequent developments, permission is granted to withdraw the application. The criminal application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is made clear that the application was not heard on merits.
