Heard Ms Rani Nitnaware, learned counsel for the applicant.

On 06.05.2026, this Court had issued notice to the non-applicant and made it returnable on 08.05.2026, as the learned A.P.P. sought time to file reply. On 08.05.2026, the learned A.P.P. again sought time to file reply and accordingly this Court has kept the matter after vacation. However, since it is an anticipatory bail, the Court granted liberty to the applicant to move the Vacation Court after the filing of the reply. More than three weeks have elapsed since time was sought by the learned A.P.P. on 08.05.2026.

Ms. Nitnaware, learned counsel for the applicant submits that till date the reply is not filed and accordingly the learned advocate for the applicant has moved this Court.

Mr. Hulke learned A.P.P. submits that he has received the instructions and that the reply is under drafting and will be filed soon.

In view of the above, list the present criminal application on 02.06.2026. It is made clear that, if till that date, the reply is not filed, this Court shall consider the request of the learned counsel for the applicant for grant of ad-interim anticipatory bail.
