The learned APP has pointed out that this court by order dated 2.4.2026 has allowed to withdraw the application filed by the applicant against the order of the Sessions Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that there is a change of circumstances, firstly he stated that the legal provision was not properly pointed out to this court and secondly his mother is having the health issue.

In my view, only the counsel could not pointed the legal position properly cannot be a reason to file the subsequent bail application. Secondly, the perusal of the medical certificate of mother shows that she is suffering from hypertension and diabetics which is now a days a normal disease and, therefore, there are no change in circumstances in the matter. The application is, therefore, dismissed.
