By this application, the applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.204/2026 registered at Police Station, Yavatmal City for the offence punishable under Sections 75 and 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.

This court, by order dated 26.5.2026, after considering the submission of both the parties and by recording the fact that the investigation is already completed and chargesheet is filed, granted interim protection to the applicant on certain conditions. 3.

The applicant stated that he is strictly following all the conditions and there is no violation on his part in the matter. So also as the chargesheet is already filed in the matter, his custody is not at all required in the matter. In addition to this, it is also pertinent to note that the informant is the wife of the present applicant and the child against whom the allegations are made is an autistic child.

In view of above and the reasons recorded in the order dated 26.5.2026, I am inclined to allow the present application on the same conditions which are incorporated in the order dated 26.5.2026. Accordingly, the present application is allowed on the same conditions which are incorporated in the order dated 26.5.2026.
