Today, as per the order of this Court dated 29.5.2026, the learned APP has produced the CCTV footage of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Tumsar premises. Accordingly, the matter is taken up in the chamber at 4.30 PM to go through the CCTV footage. The sealed packet of pen-drive was opened in front of all the parties and the pen-drive was installed in the office desktop. The videos therein are verified in presence of the parties.
