Heard the learned counsel for the applicant (s). 2.
Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0114 of 2026 registered with Police Station Sonala on 23.04.2026, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the applicant has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail.

Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel for the applicant, has invited my attention to the recitals of the FIR, which pertain to the mutation entry of Plot No. 327. The aforesaid mutation entry has already been set aside by the Revenue Authorities, and an appeal under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code has been filed by the present applicant before the learned Deputy Director of Land Records, Amravati, which is pending and is at record Page
2/3 No.49 (Annexure VI). The complainant, Pralhad Tulshiram Chore, has also filed a civil suit for partition of the ancestral property bearing Regular Civil Suit No. 37 of 2014 on 13.08.2014 before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sangrampur.

The perusal of the aforesaid plaint, which is at record Page No.38 (Annexure IV), reveals that even the complainant has not claimed any share in the aforesaid Plot No. 327 in the said suit. The grievance has been raised regarding the same in the present FIR. The fact remains that the applicant and the complainant are relatives, between whom civil as well as revenue disputes are pending. 5.
In view of the above, I am inclined to grant protection to the applicant till 08.06.2026. Hence, the following order is passed:-
ORDER
(i) Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 08.06.2026.
(ii) The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the Non-applicant No.1-State.
(iii) In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 0114 of 2026 registered with Police Station Sonala on 23.04.2026, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the applicant shall be released on ad-interim anticipatory bail upon furnishing a PR Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
3/3 (iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Tuesday and Friday between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. till the filing of the charge-sheet and shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.
(v) The applicant shall cooperate with the investigating agency and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses, directly or indirectly. (vi) The applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of this Court.
