By the present Anticipatory Bail Application the Applicants have sought for the following substantive relief:- "(b) The Applicant be released on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the false, bogus and frivolous FIR No.61 / 2026 dated 30/01/2026 registered with Dongri Police Station."

Ms. Aanagha Deshmukh, learned APP for the Respondent/State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer Mr. Sunil Randive, in FIR No.61 of 2026 registered with Dongri Police Station, submits that the maximum
(18) ABA-556.26.DOCX punishment for the offences which are involved in the FIR No.61 of 2026 being up to seven years, the Investigating Officer would issue a notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 by following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and anr.1 . 3.
Mr. Firoz Usman, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 also acknowledges that the maximum punishment in FIR No.61 of 2026 is up to seven years.

In view of the said statement made by Ms. Aanagha Deshmukh, learned APP for the Respondent/State, on instructions of Investigating Officer Mr. Sunil Randive, Mr. M S Ansari, learned Advocate for the Applicants, does not press this Anticipatory Bail Application 5.
Anticipatory Bail Application No.556 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
