This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending her arrest in Crime No. 1022 of 2025 registered at Ulhasnagar Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 49, 118(2), 115(2), 352, 189(2), 190, 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Section 37(1) & 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

3.

It is the case of the prosecution that on the date of the incident, which took place on 19.12.2025, the present applicant 1/3

and other co-accused assaulted the first informant by stick, due to which he sustained grievous injury.

4.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

5.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has nothing to do with the alleged crime. It is submitted that, with some ulterior motive, the false allegations are made against the applicant.

6.

On the other hand, the learned APP for the respondentState submits that the stick by which the co-accused assaulted the first informant was handed over to him by the present applicant. It is submitted that, considering the nature of crime, the applicant may not be released on anticipatory bail. 7.

I have perused the First Information Report and the transcription of the CCTV footage. It appears that the alleged assault by stick is not attributed to the present applicant. Considering the said fact, I am inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. In the result, the following order is passed : 2/3
