This application is filed as the Sessions Court before whom the application filed by the applicant for anticipatory bail is pending has not granted him any interim protection. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the applicant shall not be arrested in the crime in question till the decision of the application filed by the applicant for anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court.
