IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO.675 OF 2026 Sudesh Jagannath Darade ... Applicant Vs.

The State of Maharashtra ... Respondent WITH INTERIM APPLICATION NO.976 OF 2026 IN ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO.675 OF 2026 ----- Mr. Abhijit Khade a/w Satyajeet P. Dighe for the Applicant. Mr. V. N. Sagare, APP for the Respondent-State. ----- CORAM :

N.R. BORKAR, J.

DATE :

26TH MARCH 2026 P.C. :

1.

This is the second Application for anticipatory bail. 2.

The first application for anticipatory bail was withdrawn as this Court was not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the present Applicant. The order to that effect dated 11th November 2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2284 of 2025 reads thus: "P.C.:

1.

Mr. Rokade, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, after arguing the matter for some time and as the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application. 2.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

3.

As the Anticipatory Bail Application itself has been withdrawn, nothing Mugdha

3.

In absence of any change in circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present Application. The Anticipatory Bail Application is therefore rejected.

4.

The Interim Application, if any, shall also stand disposed of. (N.R. BORKAR, J.) Mugdha
